Saturn V is located in the heart of San Diego’s distinctive historical district, Sherman Heights. Because of the historic designation, a new neighborhood development is scarce, meaning it will retain its historic charm for years to come, which is a rarity for an area in such proximity to downtown and other urban amenities. It's also on the 25th Street Commercial Corridor that is home to some of San Diego’s most iconic restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and walking distance to East Village, Barrio Logan, and Golden Hill.
